"Great experience with Avner from Statefarm. Worked with me to get a good deal on auto and home insurance. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended A+++ **UPDATE** - So after finding better rates for my auto insurance, I switched over to another company. I cancelled my auto policy with statefarm just 4 days after paying my monthly premium. So if one would be honest, you would expect statefarm to refund the premium I paid them for that month but did not use (minus 4 days). What did statefarm do instead? They stole my money and said you do not have a refund with us after only 4 days of paying them the premium. Called and asked why? The agent I normally work with, Avner, explained that there is the NC short rate fee that I have to pay. I agreed if that's the law, I am all for it. Now looking at the average fee it is between 5-10% in NC of the refunded premium. What did statefarm do instead? They took all of my money not just 5-10% fee short-term fee. They said we don't owe you a dime. So basically you're running an illegal practice against the law. I still have my house insurance with them for now and my parents still have insurance with them for now but we will be going with someone else instead of this thief company. We were their clients for almost 10 YEARS and you treat us this way? VERY UNHAPPY! I will be reporting this to the NC department of inspection. They stole couple hundred bucks from me...I sure do not trust them with an actual claim if it ever happens God forbid. There is always the law for our rights as citizens if we ever need it though."

"By far one of the worst insurance locations I have came across over the last year. The staff lacks knowledge, and empathy. They will draw money from you based off of incorrect automotive information. When approached with errors, they go out of their way to be nasty, and unaccomodating."
